Create a Positive Affirmation to repeat throughout your day (especially when something causes you stress). Decorate the saying and place it somewhere that you see everyday, like your bathroom mirror.

Where I am right now is exactly where I need to be
I am enough
I have purpose in this life
Practice Breathing Exercises
BEE Breathing
- Make a “mmm” sound and to buzz like a bee. Once you
practice for a moment, focus on the vibration of your tongue.
Then close their eyes and cover their ears. Challenge yourself
to see how long you can breath out like a bee.
Bubble Breathing
- Practice breathing in for 3 counts, holding for 3 counts, and blowing out for 3 counts. To make this more visual, try exhaling into a bubble wand and make it a challenge to see who can create the most bubbles.
Get Moving
Go for a walk and take note of your five senses. See how many things you
can See, Touch, Smell, and Hear (save taste for home!)
Practice Yoga

your kids
Create Something

Have your kids create one, and then when they need a break from school
work, instruct them to shake it and focus on it for as many times as they need to
reset before coming back to their activity
